Includes 12”x12” printed inner sleeve.

Different spellings on the back side of the sleeve:
Track listing:
1) It reads “kilminster” (instead of “kilmister”);
2) It reads “viborator” (instead of “vibrator”);
3) It reads “train kept a rollin’ “ (instead of “the train kept a rollin’ “).

Matrix etchings appear with “A” at 9 o’clock, “WIK-2-A-1” at 12 o’clock and “2” at 3 o’clock. Side B etchings appear in similar positions.
