“MADE IN GERMANY BY EDC” credit and LCCN confirmed only on the CD matrix. The DVD matrix (Layer 0: 53340628, Layer 1: 53340630) does not carry this text, though the sequential number format is consistent with EDC’s numbering pattern — DVD manufacturing plant not independently confirmed.

Back cover states “1 x DVD-5” (single-layer); however, the DVD matrix contains two distinct runout strings (Layer 0 and Layer 1), which per Discogs guidelines indicates dual-layer media (DVD-9). This is a probable printing error on the packaging.

Booklet writing credits list “Silent Scorn” / “My Way” / “Shadow Of Deth” together (Dave Mustaine / Dave Mustaine-Dave Ellefson / Dave Mustaine), but the subsequent performance/licensing credits mention only “Silent Scorn” and “Shadow Of Deth” as “performed by Megadeth” (Sanctuary/BMG), followed separately by “Dawn Patrol” (Licensed from Capitol Records). No Megadeth song titled “My Way” is otherwise known; given the matching Mustaine/Ellefson writing credit, “My Way” may be a wrong title for “Dawn Patrol” rather than a separate composition — this is a plausible interpretation, not confirmed by explicit text on the release.
